About Me

Hi, I’m Shannon Hershman, founder of Be Well My Body.

Funny enough, my wellness journey began the moment I got sick. After being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, I made it my mission to heal from chronic pain—and I did. Through deep study and training in various holistic modalities, I not only reclaimed my health but have also stayed in remission for over 10 years—pain free!

Now, I help others do the same.
