The mission of Be Well My Body is to empower you with the tools to relieve aches and pains on your own, and to help you feel strong, flexible, and resilient in your body for years to come.

I offer a variety of practices, including Pilates, strength training, mobility work, foam rolling, stretching, mindfulness and meditation, breathwork, cold therapy, and more. These will nourish both your physical body and energetic system, promoting deep, inside-out healing for true longevity. These modalities were essential in my own healing journey from chronic pain—and they continue to keep me strong, resilient, and pain-free today.

Pilates For Longevity blends core Pilates principles with natural, functional movement to help you build strength, mobility, and resilience over time. The movements can be challenging but are delivered in a supportive, purposeful, and sustainable way—with modifications to meet you where you are and progress as your body adapts.

You’ll gain greater freedom of movement, fewer aches and pains, and more strength for everyday activities.

This membership is ideal for generally healthy individuals—including those with mild to moderate aches, stiffness, or flexibility limitations—who want to enhance and maintain their physical function. It’s perfect for anyone seeking greater ease, strength, and control in movement.

About Me

Hi, I’m Shannon Hershman, founder of Be Well My Body.

Funny enough, my wellness journey began the moment I got sick. After being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, I made it my mission to heal from chronic pain—and I did. Despite being a professional dancer and Pilates instructor, it was through deep study and advanced training in holistic modalities that I truly reclaimed my health. I’ve now been pain-free and in remission for over 10 years.

Today, I help others do the same. As a Pilates, mobility, and movement specialist, I’m dedicated to helping people move freely and live pain-free. Through these practices—and highly specialized modalities like Fascial Stretch Therapy, Reiki, and Quantum Energy Healing—I support clients in healing chronic pain, restoring flexibility, and building lasting strength, both physically and energetically.

I believe everyone deserves to feel happy, healthy, and pain-free—because wellness starts from the inside out. Whether through private sessions, weekly classes, or specialized courses, I’m here to guide you back to balance—energetically and physically.
